    1 6oz cup of light or non fat yogurt (I used vanilla)
    1/2 c of sweet cherries (dole frozen dark sweet)
    1/2 c of 2% milk (you can use 1% or skim)
    1 tbsp of honey

    Blend together and enjoy. Good for breakfast or a sweet snack.
