Ingredients

    3 lb boneless pork loin
    1 12 oz bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
    1 can jellied cranberry sauce
    2 large onions sliced

Directions

Trim a 3lb pork lon roast, taking off any visible fat place in crock pot. Mix the chili sauce and the cranberry sauce together pour over roast. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high, then lower to low for 2-3 more hours until you can shred the pork with a fork. Remove the roast , turn the crock pot to high to reduce the sauce. Shred the pork using 2 forks then add back to the sauce.
