Ingredients

    1 16 oz. container fat free cottage cheese
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
    3/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

6 servings

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients until well blended.

Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 45 min. or until center is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into slices to serve.

    Incredible!
    I LOVE this recipe. I even do 1/2 broccoli and 1/2 cauliflower. I will be making this often. a great hot veggie dish for potlucks too. - 6/25/12
