Introduction

Easy to make, delicious to eat! Add some veggies to it and it makes a healthier (and still delicious) version of fried rice. Easy to make, delicious to eat! Add some veggies to it and it makes a healthier (and still delicious) version of fried rice.

Ingredients

    3/4 cup long-grain white rice (I used Uncle Ben's)
    1 1/2 cups Campbell's Fat-Free Beef Broth

Directions

1. Measure out ingredients and put in a pot.
2. Heat over high heat until it comes to a boil.
3. Stir rice. Place a lid on the pot and reduce to med.-high heat. Allow to gently boil for 17 - 20 minutes (until rice is no longer hard and most of the fluid is absorbed).
4. Remove from heat. Leave lid on the pot. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb more of the broth.

Makes four 1/2-cup servings.
