This makes a great healthy snack. It's low in fat and calories. This makes a great healthy snack. It's low in fat and calories.
Number of Servings: 1


    .5 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
    .5 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    .33 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries (or you can substitue any fruit that you have or like)
    1 tbsp coconut milk
    Sugar or Sweetner to taste


Add fruit, milk, yogurt, and coconut milk to a blender. Mix until smooth. Add sugar to taste.

You can use whatever type of milk you have. I usually make mine with soy milk and it tastes great.
