Introduction
This is a quick but healthy, low-carb option for dinner, perfect for those who follow the carb curfew!!You will need tin foil for this! This is a quick but healthy, low-carb option for dinner, perfect for those who follow the carb curfew!!

Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1 small chicken Breast, skinless and boneless
Half a medium Red onion
1 or 2 small closed-cup mushrooms
Teriakyi sauce (normally found in the oriental section of any supermarket)
A portion of green veg of choice (for an accompnient)
Directions
Makes 1 serving (simply double the ingredients to make 2)
1. Preheat your oven to 220 Degrees C
2. Chop the half of the onion into slices, and chop the mushroom(s) into slices.
3. Fry the onions and mushrooms together in a frying pan, using low-calorie oil, untill the onions are slightly browned.
4. Cut a rectangle shaped piece of tin foil, big enough to wrap the chicken breast in.
5. spoon your mushrroms and onions into the tin foil, then placing the raw chicken on top. Add two TBSP off teriakyi sauce and salt/pepper if required.
6. Now wrap, (en pappiot-style) , i make sure it's tight enough to seal flavour, yet easy to open and check.
7. Place in oven on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.
8. whilst the chicken is cooking, cook veggies (i have cabbage or brocolli).
9. Serve!
