    12 oz Asparagus
    16 oz Green Beans (snap)
    2 oz Beef Chuck slices
    1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
    2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
    1 Cup Water


Trim Asparagus & Green Beans to similar length. Add oil to a hot pan and when smoking hot, add the beef slices and stir fry for a few seconds. Remove to a plate. Add the Asparagus & Green Beans & continue to stir the vegetables in the pan. When almost cooked through, return the beef to the pan and add most of the corn starch mixed with water to the pan. Continue to stir until the liquid begins to thicken. If too thick, add a little more water. If not thick enough add the rest of the corn starch/water mixture.
