Introduction

Great for BBQs and very versatile. You can pretty much add whatever veggies you want. I love adding olives and tomatoes but hubby hates them. Add grilled chicken or ham for a complete meal. Ingredients

    12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 cup fat free miracle whip
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 tbsp sugar


Directions

Cook pasta and allow to cool
Chop all vegetables and mix with pasta in a bowl
In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sugar, cider vinegar, and pepper until well blended
Pour over pasta mixture and toss
Chill in refrigerator at least an hour, best if chilled for 24 hours
Serving size is 1 cup
