Ingredients

    3 cups oats (you can substitute some with spelt, rye or other flakes)
    ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
    ¼ cup sunflower seeds
    3 tbsp. flax, chia or hulled hemp seeds
    1 tbsp. oat bran
    1 tbsp. wheat bran
    ½ cup honey or maple syrup or a combination of the two
    1 tbsp. canola or nut oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 F for 15 min. or until it is golden brown.
