Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Beat together peanut butter, sugar and egg until smooth and mixed well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and still slightly soft on top.

    Made these yesterday, extremely addictive and delicious!
    If you wait for them to cool a while before eating they taste even better. I would use Splenda and low calorie peanut butter for less calories. Thanks!

    I am very skeptical. I just made these and the inside is very wet. I am waiting to see if when they cool it will be something more cookie- like. There isn't any baking soda/ powder, salt, or any ingd to make it rise so they just squished out over the pan... I'm thinking I wasted sugar and PB. - 12/9/11
