Ingredients

* Lima Beans, frozen or dried and soaked, 2 cup
* Peas, 1 cup
* Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
* Fat Free Sour Cream, 2/3 cup
* Curry powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Boil peas and beans separately. Drain and set aside.
Chop raw bacon into 1/2" pieces, fry until crispy. Drain fat from pan. Set bacon aside.
Fry chopped onions and mushrooms until onions are tender. Add bacon, sour cream, curry powder, stir well. Toss in beans and peas and serve.
Makes 12 servings, each 1/2 cup. Nutrition information is based on preparing the recipe with pork side bacon and fat-free sour cream.
