Introduction
These are so yummy!! Add a couple of blueberries for another fruit. I used Whole Wheat Flour to make a little more healthier. Ingredients

1 Cup Bran Flakes Cereal
1/4 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (or 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour)
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Melted Margarine
2/3 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then add cereal mixture.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
Spoon into greased or paper-lined 12-cup muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tops springback when touched lightly.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
