Ingredients

    4 raw chicken breasts or other chicken pieces
    1 packet of Lipton Dry Onion Mix
    1 container fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp butter or margarine
    Paprika

Directions

Lay out several pieces of heavy duty foil
Put several pieces of chicken on each piece of foil
Roll chicken in the Lipton Onion Mix
Sprinkle chicken with paprika
Add a dab of butter on each piece of chicken
Wash and cut mushrooms
Add cut mushrooms to each piece of foil
Fold foil over and fold all edges so that juices will not escape

Grill 15 minutes on one side
Flip and grill 15 minutes on the other side

    Came out great!! I grilled a little too long and had a leak in the foil so the juices dried up, but the chicken was moist. Next time will not cook as long. - 5/24/10

    Very Good
    these came out pretty good. i made my own onion soup mix (bouillon & spices) and marinated a little while in that with some pickle juice for vinegar. they were very moist and pretty tasty! i served with baked potato, green beans and red pepper slices. a good meal! - 8/2/07
