Swap out different frozen fruits for variety; add protein powder or probiotic powders for more punch. Buy fruit in season in bulk and freeze it yourself to save money. Recipe tasted great. Substitute out a real orange or two for the juice and squeeze it yourself. Most grocery store orange juices are kept in huge tanks, they take out the oxygen & add back in "flavor packets"--some add HFCS.This is all legal if it's not more than 2%. Other than that, good recipe - 8/25/11
