Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli
    8 oz mushrooms
    1 pat butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1 cup milk 2%
    1/2 cup mozarella

Directions

cook broccoli with a little bit of water and spices. sauté mushrooms in butter mix flour and milk to make a roux. Pour over broccoli in a dish cover with cheese . bake at 450* 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings of 1 cup
