Introduction

Tasty low fat low calorie dessert. I intentionally left out the topping and put the oatmeal in with the filling. Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Tasty low fat low calorie dessert. Ingredients

    5 c Rhubarb diced
    3 c Apples diced
    1 c Sugar
    1 tbls cinnamon
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 oatmeal

Directions

Toss all incredients together in bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Spread ingredients evenly in pan. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until fruit is soft. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
