Ingredients

    8 oz crab
    1/4 C breadcrumbs
    2 Tbs Shallots Minced
    2 TBS Parsley minced
    1 TBS Basil minced
    2 TBS dijon mustard
    1 TBS lemon juice
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 egg lightly beaten
    2 tbs butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. form into patties and fry in 2 tbs butter.
