    Tomato Sauce (No Salt Added), 1.75 cup (2 cans)
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Pepper

Directions

DELICIOUS SAUCE TO top any pasta! (use no sodium added to reduce sodium intake)

Simply brown the meat and season as you see fit, and add tomato sauce, taste and add seasons as you see fit, if you're feeling adventurous, make it a SUPER healthy topping with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms anything that sounds yummy!
