Ingredients

    Low Fat Banana Bread

    1 ½ cups banana mashed really good
    1 cup ultra low fat mayonnaise
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    1 cup splenda
    ½ cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    dash of cinnamon

    In a large bowl mix banana, mayo, apple sauce and splenda real well
    Then mix all the dried ingredients slowly then add nuts at the last.
    Grease 1 large loaf pan with cooking spray

Directions

Bake at 375 for 55 minutes
