Introduction

Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 12 tbsp

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, beat sugars, butter, oil, vanilla and egg with a mixer on low speed until blended. Beat in flour, baking soda, and salt until well-blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

2. On a greased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart.

3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until very light golden brown (centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
