Ingredients

    4 flounder fillets
    3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 lemon, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Lay flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, paprika and parsley and pour over fillets. Slice lemon and arrange slices on top of fish, covering as much of the fish as possible. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.

    I don't know about this one I made it as directed and it came out really mushy and no seasoning. So,I'm going to say that I wouldn't make this again in the comments but I might try it again with some seasoning and less time. but as far as per the ingredients yuck! - 1/25/08
