This frozen blended treat is FAT FREE and DELISH!
Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1 cup frozen berries (I use 1/2 cup Townsend Farms Triple Berry blend - blackberry,raspberry,blueberry- and add 1/2 cup whole frozen strawberries)
1 individual cup (5.3 oz.) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt is WONDERFUL.)
2 Tblsp. Agave Nectar (Find it near the sugar subs in the baking aisle of your grocery)
1.5 Tblsp. Nestle Coffee-Mate Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer
Skim Milk or Orange Juice - just a shot for thinning down. If you prefer a creamy flavor, use milk, if you like a little tang, use OJ.
I use a dash of both!
Directions
Pour frozen berries, yogurt, nectar and creamer into a blender- Blend well for about 2 min.
(I use my hand-held blender in a large "shaker" glass- It holds about 32 oz. When smoothie is blended the glass is about half full)
Add milk or OJ and blend well until desired consistency is reached- Use less for a thicker smoothie, a bit more for thinner "sipping" consistency.
Makes aprox. 1 16oz. serving.
Great for an On-the-Go Breakfast!
