Introduction

Ingredients

    1 packet of chili seasoning
    1 can of pinto beans (can use kidney or none at all)
    1 can of diced tomato (get creative on the varieties available!)
    1 lb roll of Jenni-O ground turkey
    0.5 cup of diced frozen chopped onion
    chili powder season, etc. to taste....

Directions

brown the ground meat in a skillet then drain the fat. Return to stove and add the can of tomatoes UNDRAINED, beans UNDRAINED, seasoning packet, and additional spices if desired. Let stew for 10-15 additional mins on low heat until warmed through. Even better, throw it in the slow cooker on low and forget about it until your ready to eat.

Serve over a baked potato with reduced fat cheese, over steamed white or brown rice ....or go crazy and serve it Cincinatti style over some whole wheat pasta!
