Ingredients

    3 1\2 cups fruit (mixed straw, black and blue berries
    1\2 cup whole wheat flour
    1\4 cup white flour
    3\4 cup brown sugar
    1 1\4 cups quick rolled oats
    1\4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1\8 tsp nutmeg


Directions

Mix flours, spices, brown sugar and oats in bowl. Melt butter, and add the melted butter and applesauce to the oat mixture. Mix till crumbly. Set aside.
Prepare fruit of your choice.
Spray 9x13 lightly with non stick spray. Use 1\2 oat mixture as bottom crust. Add fruit in even layer. Top with remaining Oat mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown and fruit is bubbly.

    Very Good
    I didn't have whole wheat flour so I just used white flour...my kids didn't care for it though...probably because I used black berries, blueberries and strawberries...the frozen variety...thanks! :-) - 6/7/09
