Ingredients

Miso Paste, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Tofu (marinated is good), Frozen Shrimp, Assorted Vegetables
Directions
To make the sauce: mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger (minced) and garlic (minced) with 3 tbsp of water. Set aside.
Stir fry the zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms in the sunflower oil until soft. Add tofu and cook two minutes. Add bok choy and scallions and cook two minutes. Add the sauce and stir to coat liberally. Add shrimp and simmer until bok choy begins to melt and shrimp are heated through. Serve over rice or noodles. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
