Ingredients

    8 ounces thin sliced bacon
    (I try to use the lower sodium bacon)
    1 lb. raw shrimp (36 to 40 per pound)
    Toothpicks

Directions

Cut bacon into 4 pieces per slice.
Peel bacon, but leave tail on.

Wrap 1/4 slice of raw bacon around raw shrimp.
Attach shrimp ends on inside curve of shrimp with toothpick. Insert toothpick all the way through the shrimp so it will lay flat to cook.

Put wrapped shrimp in hot skillet. Fry until bacon is crispy.

They are ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings of approximately 9 to 10 pieces at 207 calories per serving.
