Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 basic pie crust
    1/2 cup - 5 oz part skim mozz cheese
    6 oz (1 can) salmon
    asparagus spears (I used 8)
    1/2 cup - 3/4 cup nonfat milk
    5 egg whites
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle mozz cheese into pie crust. Layer rest of ingredients into crust on top of cheese. Bake quiche approx 40 minutes, or until set.
