    2 Toast
    1 egg
    Little bit of Tabasco
    Little Bit of Mayo ( Optional)
    Slice of Cheese
    Any Salt free spice to add to egg cooking

Directions

Lightly spray pan with cooking spray
cook egg on one side
Put your bread in toaster
get slice of cheese out
Put salt free spice on egg
flip egg
Put cheese on one toast
Put mayo and tabasco on the other
Put cooked egg on top of cheese and enjoy your very feeling sandwich
