Introduction

Great for those days when we need a little something sweet Great for those days when we need a little something sweet
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    1-1/4 Cups Soy Flour
    1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    6 T Splenda brown sugar blend
    6 T Splenda sugar blend
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 cups dark chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. Beat butter, cream cheese, brown sugar substitute, white sugar substitute, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on middle oven rack for 8 minutes to get soft cookies or 10 minutes for crispy cookies. Cool completely on cookie racks.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

    Sugar free - not sure what kinds of chocolate she uses with no sugar. Also, since when is 25+ grams of carbs considered "low carb" - am I missing something? - 3/16/09
