Introduction

Here is a very flavorful dish that is normally a very rich and fattening food!! Here is a very flavorful dish that is normally a very rich and fattening food!!

Ingredients

    Butter Spray
    1 pound chicken boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
    1/2 cup ham, cut in thin strips
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2/3 cup hot water
    1 cup skim milk
    1 T. cornstarch
    1/2 t. dry mustard
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Directions

Spray frying pan and cook chicken and ham until no pink remains. Add bouillon to hot water to dissolve. Stir together milk, cornstarch, mustard and black pepper. Add dissolved bouillon and milk mixture to chicken, stir constantly over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Simmer 1 minute. Add cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Toss pasta with sauce, serve immediately. 4 - 6 servings

(Serve over linguini - linguini is not added to the recipe, so you will need to add it to the tracker separately.)
