    1 box (2 packets) betty crocker mashed potato
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom
    1 can of corn
    2 cups cheese


heat oven to 350. brown ground beef and then mix cream of mushroom into meat mixture. layer in a caserole dish as follows: meat mixture, corn, cooked mashed potato, and cheese. then bake for 15-20 minutes.
