Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin 30 oz
    Cream of Chicken Soup 2 cans
    1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
    Carrots, chopped 1.5 cups
    White Rice, Long Grain 1.5 cups
    2% Milk 1/2 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Add olive oil, onions and pork to pan and fry until browned on both sides of each piece. (option- cut pork to bit size pieces and brown)

Mix soup and milk in a container. Add mixture and carrots to pan with pork. Mix and put in oven for 35 minutes or until fully cooked.

Make rice.

Pour meat mixture over rice and eat.

Serves 7-8

    I loved this, it's even better when left over, however I used brown rice instead of the white and I added flax seed to the recipe. I would rate this a 5 star. - 4/4/07
