Ingredients

    2 pkgs (20 oz each) ground turkey
    2 cups chopped onion
    24 oz diced tomatoes (1 large can)
    2 cups frozen peas
    2 cups (approx 3 med) diced potatoes
    1 tsp each cinnamon, tumeric, ginger
    2 tbsp curry powder

Directions

-Brown ground turkey w onions
-Add tomatoes, peas, potatoes, and spices
-Bring to simmer and cook 25 mins. Add water if it gets too thick
-Serve over brown rice or couscous

Makes 12 (1.5 cup) servings

    Incredible!
    I loved this. I also doubled the spices excetp curry. Used rotel and canned Fire roasted tomatoes for more flavor . Makes a huge amount ,so count on left overs. Try this as stuffing in cresenct rolls ( 1 triangle, filled and pinched shut, baked according to package) Instant Samosas! - 3/7/12

    This was outstanding! I fell it love with it. Served with wheat tortilla shells on the side to dip in or to pack with a little to make a filling for it. We make it on a regular basis around my house. - 1/27/11
