Ingredients

    .5 chicken breast (4)
    Salsa
    Mozzeralla cheese

Directions

Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Pre-heat oven to 380. Place chicken on baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn chicken breasts and add 1 tbsp of salsa to each chicken breast. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Add cheese slice then bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked.

Depending on thickness of chicken breast, time for cooking will need to be adjusted. Breasts I used were quite thick.
