Ingredients

    1-lb ground turkey
    1 meduim onion
    1 meduim bell pepper
    3/4 cup uncooked brown rice
    1 can diced tomatoes or stewed
    2 cups water
    salt and blacked pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey chopped onions and bell pepper. Drain off fat. Add rice, tomatoes, water salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
