Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.5 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Vegetable Oil, 3 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 Tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup

Directions

Heat oven to 400

Combine cereal and milk in a large bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.

Add sugar, oil and egg to ceral mixture and stir.

In another bowl mix, flour, baking soda and salt. (Be sure to level each dry item for exact measurements.)

Add dry mixture to cereal mixture and stir until moist. Gently fold in blueberries.

Line 12 muffin cups with paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, spoon equal amounts of muffin mixture into each muffin cup. . Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Place on a wire rack to cool.
