Introduction

My dad introduced me to this recipe but it called for italian sausage and peppers.. I'm not a pepper person so I took them out, and the sausage had too much fat. Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    5-6 small red potatoes, peel on
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Blend

Directions

Chop potatoes into smallish pieces.
Chop up onion, dice chicken.
Pour oil into a large wok or skillet. Once hot, add potatoes and sprinkle with Mrs Dash. Stir potatoes to keep from burning. Let cook for 10-15 minutes then add chicken. Mix chicken and potatoes so that the seasoning covers the chicken as well. Once chicken is no longer pink on the outside, toss in onions. You can add green peppers here if you like. Mix around some more. Lower heat from med-high to med-low, place lid on and let simmer for about 15 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked - no pink, and potatoes are very tender.
