Ingredients

    Chicken, broccolli, tamari, garlic, ginger root, Splenda, rice

Directions

Start cooking rice. Saute' chicken in a medium skillet. When chicken is brown and cooked thoroughly add splenda, and tamari. Finely chop or use hand grader on ginger root (couple of inches) and garlic ad put into mixture. When mixture comes to a bubble, add in the cooked broccoli and stir all ingredients together. Allow to simmer for a minute or two so flavors soak in. Put rice in bowl and add stir-fry to top. Very simple!
