Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cloves minced garlic
    1 onion chopped
    1-1/2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 can crushed tomatoes
    3 C water
    1/4 C chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp Worsteschire sauce
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp paprika
    3/4 lb cubed Cod or other firm fish
    1-1/2 oz. uncooked pasta(orzo)
    salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat , saute garlic and onions in the olive oil for about 4 minutes stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes with liquid, water, parsley and cilantro. Bring to a boil, reduce heat for 8 minutes. Add the pasta(orzo) and simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
