Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - 1kg of potatoes
    - 200grs can of tuna in olive oil
    - 1 carrot
    - 12 black olives
    - 2 gherkins
    - 2 hard boiled eggs
    - a pinch of salt
    - a pinch of ground black pepper
    FOR THE SALAD DRESSING:
    - 5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    - 3tbsp of balsamic vinegar
    - 3 tsp of french classic dijon mustard
    - 1 cup of raw onion, chopped
    - a pinch of salt
    - a pinch of ground black pepper

Directions

1) Boiled the potatoes with the skin on and the peeled carrot, in plenty of water with salt. When done, rinse the water and left to cold.
2) Open the can of tuna, chopped the carrot and the gherkins. when the potatoes are cold, peeled them and cut in pieces. Mix all the ingredients. In a bowl mix the salad dresssing and incorporated to the salad.
For decorations, cut the eggs in pieces and add the olives
