Ingredients

    1 box cake mix, yellow
    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    2 egg whites

    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    8 oz neufchatel cheese
    3 egg whites
    2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Mix cake mix, applesauce and 2 egg whites.
Press into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
Press the chopped pecans into the crust well.
Mix neufchatel cheese, 3 egg whites and 2 cups of powdered sugar until smooth.
Pour over the cruse.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes until center is set.
Cool completely and serve chilled.
