Ingredients

    3/4 cup of jicama
    1 tbsp red onion finely chopped
    1tbp fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/2 orage cut into wedges without membrane
    juice of half a lime
    1 tsp lime zest

Directions

thinly slice jicama. Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for one hour. Serve as a side dish to any meat or fish.
