Ingredients

    1/2 cup Hashed Browns
    1 onion slice, diced
    5 slices Pepperoni (chopped)
    1/2 cup Eggbeaters

Directions

In Pam-sprayed frying pan, cook hashed browns with onion for about 10 minutes, add & mix Pepperoni for about 5 minutes, then add & mix in eggbeaters.

Optional : Season with S&P
