Ingredients

    Halibut (fish), 20 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields


Directions

Chop tomato, onions, and garlic. Saute all in olive oil until soft. Add some crushed red pepper if you choose. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Put a little sauce in a baking dish. Place fish on top of sauce. Squeeze the lemon over the fish and top with remaining sauce. Bake at 375 until fish flakes. If you choose, cook some pasta for the sauce as a side.
