Ingredients

Coconut milk, 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Lime Juice, 1 tbsp
Fresh Ginger, 1 tbsp, minced
Garlic, 2 tbsp, minced
Hoisin Sauce, 1 tsp
Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp
Sweet basil, 4 tbsp, shred or chiffonade
Directions
Blend all ingredients together. Use as a marinade, a baste, or cook until thick and use as a dipping sauce. One of my favourite ways is to multiply the recipe and use it as a stewing liquid with chicken in the oven.
Use with chicken, shrimp, veggies.
