Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes
    Pam cooking spray
    salt & pepper
    1 cup finely diced ham
    1/3 cup shredded cheese
    1 medium bunch broccoli
    3 Tbsp sour cream

Directions

Preheat grill to 400*. Cut potatoes into 1" thick pieces and put in a single layer on the bottom of an aluminum roaster pan. Spray evenly with Pam and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and grill for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut broccoli and ham into small pieces. When potatoes are 5-10 minutes away from being done (depending on how well cooked you like your broccoli), evenly spread broccoli, ham, and cheese over potatoes. Recover with foil and return to grill until potatoes are done and broccoli is tender. Remove from grill, top with sour cream, and serve.
