Introduction
I tweaked the original to get them under 100 calories each and here they are in all their spongy glory!*Note* While Entering the recipe in the recipe calculator, the calories come out at 97 but when I view the recipe it shows 103. Ingredients

Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Craisins, 1 cup
Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Splenda, .25 cup
Baking Soda, .25 tsp
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, .25 tsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Vegetable Oil 4 tbsp
egg white, fresh, 2 large
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat Oven 400 degrees
Line Mini Muffin Cups or Spray with Pam
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl (Oats, Flour, Sugar, Splenda, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Salt). Add cranberries.
Mix egg whites, applesauce, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
Fill mini muffin cups and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Makes 20 mini muffins.
