Ingredients

    6 sea scallops
    1t. paprika
    1t. salt
    1/2t. onion powder
    1/2t. garlic powder
    1/2t. cayenne
    1/4 t. white pepper
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1/4 t. thyme
    1/4 t. oregano

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and rub on scallops
2. With cast iron skillet, blacken scallops.
