Ingredients

Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
Potato, 1 medium, chopped and boiled until tender
*Trader Joes mayonaise, 2 tbsp
Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
Onion, about 1 tbls chopped finely
Granulated Sugar, .2 tsp
2 teaspoons of milk
salt and pepper to taste
dusting of paprika on top
Directions
Hard boil some eggs, chop up a potato and boil until just soft.
Drain and chop up eggs, mix in drained potato.
Make a sauce with mayo, mustard, onions, a little pinch of sugar (the secret ingredient), salt, pepper and a little milk.
Mix gently fold the sauce into the egg/potato and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
Makes about 4 servings, really easy to double or triple recipe.
