Introduction

I usually have these with rice and spinach or another tasty vegetable. Some people like them with a bit of ketchup, but others find the seasoning to be all the flavor they need. Great finger food. Ingredients

    canned salmon, deboned
    onion
    green pepper
    bread crumbs
    egg
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder

Directions

In a large deep skillet heat the vegetable oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Use a sppon and your hand to shape the mixture into 1.5 inch balls. Flatten slightly and place in hot oil. Cook for two minutes on one side. Turn over with a fork. Cook on the other side for one minute more. Remove from grease. Drain. Serve while still hot.
